Goal Park Foundation is a non-profit organization with a vision of enhancing seven blocks on the Columbia Tap Trail into a thriving, innovative, green, athletic, and cultural park (“Goal Park”). The park will start at Emancipation Avenue (opposite PNC Stadium) and end at the Rail Line at McKinney Street.
Our hope is that Goal Park would not only add greenspace to the neighborhood, but would also become a destination and unifying center for the residents, activity enthusiasts and the neighborhood at large.
