CCI GLP3 - Support our Participants!

Starting April 2025 I will be participating in the 3rd Cohort of the CCI Worldwide Global Leadership Program (GLP). I knew about CCI just last year but the little knowledge I have gleaned has made me to realize that taking part in this program is one in a million opportunity. In my nation Cameroon, I have been involved in camping activities for close to three decades, wearing different hats at different instances. 

I have been involved as a main organizer, facilitator, keynote speaker, participant, and have equally supported several friends and collaborators by providing technical and strategic support in their camping initiatives. We have held different types of camping activities including but not limited to camps for couples, youth camps, Christian leadership camps, community development camps, children camps.

The impact of these camps have been immeasurable, as most of them tend to have a ripple effect. I have witnessed several lives tremendously transformed through these camping activities.

In my home country Cameroon, I have never witnessed a season where community transformation through camping activities has been of relevance as it is today. In a time when most youths are loosing hope and going astray from the right path, a time when lack of financial literacy and poverty is tearing homes, families and businesses down, a time where people have little time consider long term trainings because they are striving to make ends meet, camping activities happen to be an answer to the cries of several persons.

I have gleaned so much knowledge and experience over these decades of camp engagements but looking at the demand for camping meetings in Cameroon, there is still so much we are lacking in, from skills, to strategy, to resource mobilization, etc. I believe that CCI Worldwide Global Leadership Program (GLP) is the ideal platform for me in this season of my life to gain more skills and insights around camping activities, and to share my knowledge while learning from other persons who have been involved in camps. 

I have already availed myself for the CCI Worldwide GLP and have equally aligned my commitments to permit me follow the program from the start to the end. However, the financial resources to embark on this program are really limited. Your kind donation or support will go a long way to bless not just me but several individuals in my home country and beyond, who may be impacted through the various camping initiatives I am currently involved in.
