CCI GLP3 - Support our Participants!

Hi I am Ezekiel, I send you a big hug wishing you God's blessings to be with your family. On my last night as a camper, my confidant said to me: "Ezekiel, you are a leader". I didn't know what to think, as no one had ever said that to me before. The next day, when I got home and read the messages of other confidants in my Bible study manual, I found: "Arise and shine, for the light of the Lord has risen upon you" (Isaiah 60:1). Both messages revealed God's purpose for me: to lead and influence people. From that camp, I became intentionally involved in the ministry that Camp Kikoten does. I started as a volunteer confidant, then director of programmes for children and adolescents. Over time, I trained with the courses that CCI Latin America offers, eventually taking the Instructor Training Institute (IFI), which broadened my perspective on Christian education and its relationship with camps. Subsequently, I worked part-time at Camp Kikoten as marketing director and then as director of ministries. I attended the ICC national convention in Mexico every year. Eventually, I became part of the board of directors and then executive director. This period was a time of much learning.

Since the age of 17, my life has been deeply coLow rope challenge with husbandsnnected to the ministry of Camp Kikoten, where I currently serve as director. The opportunity to participate in the GLP represents for me a pathway to exciting and enriching experiences that will enable me to develop leadership capable of positively influencing emerging generations. This programme, with its hybrid approach of online and face-to-face learning, will provide me with the essential tools and knowledge to effectively inspire and guide others, strengthening my leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
