"Ezekiel, you are a leader."

That phrase, spoken by my confidant on my last night as a camper, changed my path forever. When I got home, I opened my Bible study manual and found a confirmation that became my guiding star: "Arise, shine, for the light of the Lord has risen upon you" (Isaiah 60:1).

Since I was 17, Camp Kikoten has not only been a place, but my school of life. God allowed me to experience every stage: from volunteer and program director to my technical training with CCI Latin America and IFI. Today, as Director of Kikoten, I understand that my calling is to be a facilitator so that others may also encounter God through joy, grace, and love.

The next step: The Global Leadership Program (GLP). To continue guiding new generations with excellence, I have been accepted into the GLP. This hybrid program will strengthen my problem-solving and communication skills, critical tools for leading our ministry toward new management paradigms.
