Goal

Philadelphia Dance Theatre is a non-profit 501c-3 organization that relies on the support of private donors, corporate sponsors, and grants to fund dance training programs and performances. There is no PDT without you, our supporters. The experience for our dancers, artistic staff, and audience could not have been possible without our very loyal and generous supporters. We are looking forward to our 23/24 season when we will perform "A Philadelphia Nutcracker" and "Fancy Nancy: Mermaid Ballet" as part of Montgomery County Community College's Lively Arts Series.

Some are inspired to give to PDT because the arts have changed your life in some way and you want to give back. Others give to celebrate an important milestone or rite of passage in the life of someone you love. Whatever your reason for giving, we are truly grateful to have you in our community.

With your tax deductible gift, we  will continue to create future high quality productions to the widest possible audience and foster our youth programs to give the gift of dance to a child that would not have the opportunity. Your gift to PDT supports;

  • Tuition assistance for underserved students (over $45,000 awarded in aid in 2022)

  • Outreach opportunities like our Sensory Friendly Program

  • Accessible high quality performances for our community

  • New costumes for our annual Nutcracker

  • Guest choreographers for our Breaking Ground performance

  • Production of our Spring Show (last year we built our own stage!)

  • Supply free tickets to our performances to our veterans and military

  • Free community concerts

 We cannot reach our goal without your help.

Philadelphia Dance Theatre is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization EIN 23-3011020. All donations made are 100% tax deductible.

I run a March Madness Charity Pool every year, and the winner gets to pick the charity. This year "Gus the Bus" won, and he picked the Philadelphia Dance Theater. Not only that, but he wrote a beautiful note to the group, and many people took the opportunity to donate again (this is our largest donation in the history of the pool). I hope it makes a difference to your wonderful organization, and congratulations to Gus! - Jabin White
