About Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary

We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, and we are proud to be recognized by both GuideStar and GreatNonProfits as a top-rated charity. Our off-grid, sustainable ranch is home to over 90 rescued farm animals, where we provide lifelong care and a safe haven for animals to live out their lives with dignity. In addition to caring for our residents, we work on new rescues, rehabilitations, and placement assistance to ensure as many animals as possible find the sanctuary they deserve.

At Sale Ranch, we also participate in LEAP (Leaders for Ethics, Animals, and the Planet), a humane education program for high school students. LEAP offers a compassionate alternative to traditional agricultural programs, inspiring students to develop solutions for a more compassionate and sustainable food system.

Additionally, our regenerative garden produces fresh fruits and vegetables that feed our animal residents seven days a week. We’re also proud to contribute surplus produce to a local food pantry, helping to feed food-insecure families in our community.
