Age Equity Alliance (AEA) partners with progressive employers and business leaders to increase access to talent across the age spectrum. Whether recruiting and onboarding or developing and retaining, we help leaders increase inclusion and belonging across the age spectrum. 

Through education, training, Age Equity Reviews, and consultation, AEA increases awareness of unconscious age bias that disrupts workplace inclusion and employee satisfaction. Our review of policies, processes, and employee culture provides insights that help companies prioritize strategies to foster equitable access, opportunity, and advancement in recruitment and employment.

Younger and older workers are especially vulnerable to age bias and inequities and are often excluded from employment, development, or promotional opportunities.

Workplace ageism is wrong and often overlooked. Age Equity Alliance is working to change that.

During 2022, AEA has trained employees from companies large and small, primarily in the IT and Healthcare industries. However, our training is applicable to employees across every industry!
