Giving Tuesday: Workplace Age Equity Across the Age Spectrum



The mission of Age Equity Alliance is to create workplace age equity across the age spectrum. 



Younger and older workers are especially vulnerable to age bias and inequities and are often excluded from employment, development, or promotional opportunities. Through education, training, Age Equity Reviews, and consultation, AEA creates awareness of unconscious bias in workplace policies, processes, and employee culture and foster equitable access, opportunity, and advancement in recruitment and employment.  


This fiscal year, AEA has been entirely self-funded, with a core volunteer team doing all the work behind the scenes. In 2021, we hope to fund all of our operational costs. 


This year, Age Equity Alliance offers its first annual Giving Tuesday campaign. Your generous support will enable us to further our outreach to businesses, age-friendly communities, and government organizations ensuring age equity is a part of every organizational strategy. 


Our Giving Tuesday goal is 50 donations, of any amount, between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM on December 1.
