The Greenwood Project's mission is to introduce Black and Latinx students to the finance industry.

Our vision is to recruit and train students, then place them into rigorous finance internships. Our goal is to create a pipeline of diverse talent for financial services companies while also creating opportunity for students from underserved communities and populations.

Our programs for high school and college students are changing lives. To date, 75% of our alumni have gone on to accept full-time roles in the financial services industry.

We are growing and need your help to ensure our programs remain 100% free to all accepted students. We plan to accept 150+ students for our 2021 cohort.
