Sometimes our greatest source of inspiration shares the same roof. As a first generation Italian my mom, Tina Gannon, was raised in a non-English speaking household. After completing secretarial school she was hired by GE, then married and raised 5 children. She returned to the workforce after a 15 year absence and worked 20 years as a tireless advocate for the child protective services. She amazes me to this day.
