Give Thanks, Give Back: Thanksgiving Campaign

This Thanksgiving NAACP Harford County Branch is proud to be able to support families in our community. Like in years past, we are providing gift cards to each of the nine (9) HCPS Title 1 schools.

With your help, we can double the impact we have this year. Our goal is to be able to match each dollar donated by the Branch. You can support at any level, every dollar counts!! We will be presenting the schools with gift cards before Thanksgiving Break, so we have until November 18th to meet (OR EXCEED) our goal.

The identification of a school for Title I status is based upon one thing and one thing only—the poverty level of the families and students who reside in the attendance area of the school. The designation as a Title I school has nothing to do with the academic level of the students in the school. It is strictly and solely based on the economics of the surrounding area.
