Mended Little Hearts' mission is to inspire hope and improve the quality of life of heart patients and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support, education, and advocacy. We are parents, patients, and family members who are impacted by congenital heart disease (CHD) and want to use our experiences to improve the lives of others.
You can make a direct impact on inpatient and outpatient support programs for families affected by CHD. Your gift helps with costs associated with hosting peer-to-peer support meetings that allow heart families to connect with one another. Your support sustains our Bravery Bag program that creates customized bags for patients and their families in the midst of their fight, and Bravery Chest program that rewards kids and teens for their courage during outpatient visits and procedures. Each bag and chest contain items that are meant to bring comfort, and reflect the supportive community behind the family during such isolating times.
