We have received a request from our partners "Lifting Hands" and "U.Prava" who work with the DSNS and White Angels in Ukraine to provide generators and power stations for the villages in the immediate frontline area.
We have already provided 43 generators and 29 power stations in recent weeks. However, the need is much higher. Therefore, with our colleagues from AnimalRescueNL, we have sent several requests to various dealers and received a very good offer.
Depending on the number of generators ordered, we were offered a price between 215 and 250€ per generator. The regular price is 423,50€.
Our target number is 100 generators to get the best possible price of 215€/generator. A target that is far below what is needed. But this way we can at least secure a power supply for people living together in shelters. As we have already done in the past.
In addition, we are also collecting here for 100 power stations with solar panel. The price for a set with 606WH is regularly 609€ and in an offer 449,99€ at the cheapest foreign supplier. However, we have written to the manufacturer and asked him for a special price. Of course not without including a real video showing their powerstations in use in a shelter. We were able to achieve an unbeatable price of 230€ per powerstation. Since we have ordered these powerstations many times before, we know that they are very well suited for their purpose (even for a longer period of time). Comparable powerstations with solar panels from other suppliers sometimes cost 3-4 times as much and do not bring any major advantages in comparison.
