Foundations Learning Center exists to provide quality and affordable childcare for poverty impacted families. Thank you for partnering with us to serve these children and their families! 

Families who are trying to get out of poverty need reliable and affordable childcare so they can keep their jobs, advance in their careers and continue to build a stable environment for their children. 

Some families qualify for state funding through the Child Care Assistance (CCA) program. Unfortunately many childcare centers only have 1-2 spots available for families who qualify for CCA. This is due to the fact that the State pays significantly less than the industry average. Foundations Learning Center intentionally seeks to work with families who are impacted by poverty and does not limit the amount of spots open to them.
