General Donation Form

Me and my son are running the Wigan 5k in memory of my dad Jack and brother Ste who sadly passed away last year.

The care and compassion given to my dad and brother in their final weeks is something we will never forget and will be eternally grateful. Nothing was too much, even caring for us a family too. Each and every member of the team are amazing and kind.

We want to do everything we can as a family to thank Wigan & Leigh Hospice and to support them by raising funds so other families can receive the care and compassion  that our family did in very difficult times
