Gathering in Kenya 2025

The 2025 Gathering in Kenya (19-23 October 2025) will focus on the unity of our global network serving the Lord and each other as we fix our eyes on a vision for the future.  Together, we will work on global and contextual strategies to move forward in our mission to expand and support the ministry of Christian camping throughout the world.

Details for the Event:

• 19-23 October 2025 (19 is arrival day; 23 is departure day)
• We will be staying at Brackenhurst Conference and Retreat Centre in Kenya
• Total cost for a SHARED room is $725 USD per person - this includes accommodation, meals, and transport to and from the airport
• Total cost for a SINGLE room is $900 USD per person - this includes accommodation, meals, and transport to and from the airport
• Transport will be arranged on 19 October to pick you up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Kenya
• Transport will be arranged on 23 October to take you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Kenya
• Travel between the venue and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, Kenya will be arranged on arrival day (19 Oct) and departure day (23 Oct) ONLY.
