FURever Friends Humane Campaign

Furever Friends of Albany has been offering reduced cost Veterinary Services for the South Central Kentucky area since 2017. Our primary focus is Spay and Neuter services, but we also provide vaccinations, preventative medications and well-pet health check ups. We care primarily for owned cats and dogs, but we also work with our local shelter to provide services for adopted or adoptable animals. Another growing focus of our program is assistance with Community Cat programs. Our local Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) program is greatly reducing the numbers of unowned cats in our community. Our dedicated and caring team of volunteers offer a vast array of experience and expertise — making us one of the only clinics of our kind in the area.

Beginning in 2020, Furever Friends is launching a campaign to assist in expanding our outreach and the impact of our services. Your entire contribution will be utilized for:

• Providing reduced cost spay neuter services for low income applicants

• Providing life saving pet vaccinations and medications 

• Providing accessibility to pet micro chipping to reduce the incidence of lost pets

• Development of community education and outreach programs 

• Development of a community pet pantry

• Sustainability of pet transport in partnership with Tri-County Animal Shelter in Albany, KY

• Facility maintenance and equipment upgrades
