Fundacion Mateus

The Mateus Foundation is a non-profit organization in Ecuador established in 2015, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating birds of prey with the aim of returning them to the wild. In 2018, they launched their own project, Jardín Alado, focusing on rehabilitation. Located near the Ilaló volcano, they rely on public and corporate support, offering tax deductions for sponsoring companies in Ecuador. Their mission is to secure a shared future for wildlife and people through collaboration, responsibility, and innovation.
