From the Depths - Support those affected by the October 7th attacks in Israel

From The Depths is a foundation created by millennials to ensure the memory of the Holocaust is never forgotten.

We have been working tirelessly in the field of Holocaust Education for over 10 years, meeting with survivors and supporting the last living Righteous Among The Nations, non-Jews who risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust. 

However, since October 7th, we have directed a lot of our attention and fundraising efforts to helping and supporting all those affected by the horrific attacks.

SUPPORTING ISRAEL POST 10/7

Since October 7th, we have stepped up to support those affected by the Hamas-ISIS terror attacks to do what we can to bring them a little relief and light in the darkest times. Beyond general aid, we actively support affected businesses and individuals on a 1:1 basis, aiming to provide tailored assistance in these challenging times. 

ISRAEL ADVOCACY

Our founder, Jonny Daniels, a prominent speaker on Israel and international Jewish affairs, gives thought-provoking talks worldwide to help people gain vital perspectives and deepen their understanding of the evolving war and the situation currently faced by Jews worldwide.

RIGHTEOUS AMONG THE NATIONS

We believe in giving back to those who risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust. We have spent the past seven years supporting the last living heroes in their final years. We have visited the righteous worldwide, providing them with food, medication, companionship, and a free taxi service that enables them to go wherever they want, whenever they want.

THE SURVIVOR TORAH PROJECT

We have rescued a Torah that was partially destroyed during the Holocaust. We bring this Torah to Survivors around the globe, allowing them to inscribe a letter of the Torah and together bring it back to life. We also record and share Survivor testimonies so that their stories, just like the Torah, will live on forever.

HUMANITARIAN AID

We partnered with the Jewish Agency to provide clothing, food, shelter, and more to thousands of Jewish refugees from Ukraine. We have visited Ukraine seven times since the start of the war to see where our support is needed most while helping those trying to make Aliyah.

THE MATZEVA (GRAVESTONE) PROJECT

We established a hotline throughout Eastern Europe in which locals can call in, report, and return any hidden Jewish artifacts.

Over the past 10 years, this has allowed us to recover hundreds of thousands of fragments of tombstones, which we have been able to put back together and return to Jewish cemeteries.

HOLOCAUST EDUCATION

We specialize in educating those about the Holocaust by operating tours throughout Eastern Europe. We have brought over 5,000 people, including celebrities and political figures, to sites relating to the Holocaust. In addition to tours, we continue to give lectures and appear on global media channels.
