The Historic Oakridge Estate

Designed by Paul R. WIlliams and Robert Finkelhor, the Oakridge Estate was built for actress Barbara Stanwyck in 1937, and later lived in by the Jack Oakie family for nearly 60 years. Now owned by the city of Los Angeles, Friends works in collaboration with The Los Angeles City Department of Recreation and Parks to support the preservation of this wonderful history.
