Help us ensure all our children live in a healthy and safe environment where they can learn and thrive.

By giving to this fund, you are supporting special projects that address urgent health and safety hazards in the homes of KOCC's children. All of our families are very needy, but this fund is for special cases identified by KOCC as particularly worrisome and urgent.

This is a new and growing fund, but it has a tremendous impact for the children and families in greatest need.

WHAT FEES DOES FRIENDS OF KAKAMEGA PAY FOR ONLINE DONATIONS? SHOULD I JUST MAIL A CHECK INSTEAD?

We do pay processing fees for online gifts, but in step 3 of 3 in the donation widget, it gives you the option to add those processing fees on top of your donation so we don't have to pay them. Fees are as follows:

Credit cards - 3.2% processing fee
Regular PayPal donations - 3.2%
Bank transfers - 1.6% processing fee
