These are costs associated with preserving and protecting the Free Speech of evangelists working at SFOI events and evangelists doing similar work on their own.

Pre-event work or lettters is where the SFOI attorney contacts the host city's civil magistrate to make sure there are no unconstitutional laws they have passed that would prohibit SFOI's work and to research local laws and ordiances so the SFOI Evangelists can operate within the laws of that city.
