Franklyn C. Ingram Spirit Scholarship Fund

The Franklyn C. Ingram Spirit Scholarship has been awarded to students beginning their Penn State experiences since 1996. You can help us grow the awards with your contribution to our 503(c) scholarship fund.

All donations received from this campaign will be used for our annual scholarship for Central Ohio students attending a Penn State campus as a Freshman. Scholarship awards are given each July during our student send-off picnic!
