Franca for the People

Franca is leading a progressive campaign for The People of Baltimore's 12th District, organizing with our community and connecting us to the resources and solidarity we need now!

Together we will create a more equitable Baltimore with policies that uplift the working class and a real plan for progress and racial justice.
