Please choose your Partner level from the four following categories by specifying your annual funding amount in the appropriate space on this page:

Bronze = $100 - $249

Silver = $250 - $499

Gold = $500 - $999

Platinum = $1000 or higher

Our donation manager is set up to allow you complete flexibility in how your donation will be managed. For example, you can donate your chosen amount in a one-time donation. Or you can split your annual donation into weekly or monthly autopays.
