Foster House Bowling Green

Foster House, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe and comfortable housing for children awaiting foster placement, providing compassion and security to children as they transition to a stable home environment.

The need for support is great for children in this region who have entered the foster care system through no fault of their own. The challenges are complex and the system is overburdened and understaffed, leaving many children in difficult situations.

Due to a shortage of licensed foster homes, some children in state care are left with no option but to stay overnight—even for extended periods—at the Department of Family Services offices, simply awaiting placement with a family.

The Foster House Inc. was established to help address these urgent needs in Bowling Green and the surrounding region. We provide a safe, comforting, and welcoming home where children awaiting foster placement can find stability and care until they are placed with a family.

Not everyone can be a foster parent, but everyone can help stand in the gap for these children. Your support can make a meaningful difference in their lives.
