FORSTER FOUNDATION FLORIDA MISSIONS
Your Support Is Appreciated!
The Farmworkers Childrens Center is a safe space where children are tutored, receive homework help, enrichment programs, camp and more. The Foundation provided 70 laptops, one for every student, and has pledged to provide additional computers as needed. In appreciation for the laptops, the Center has renamed the facility, "Justin's Little School House," in memory of the Foundation's Founder, Bill Forster's grandson.
The Forster Foundation is committed to helping an underserved community of children whose families work in the surrounding fields of Palm Beach county.
Mask & Face Shield Mission Since the outbreak of Covid 19, the Forster Foundation, recognized the urgent need to protect the people who prepare, pack and serve food throughout the Palm Beach Food Bank's 90 agencies. The Foundation already provided over 70,000 masks, and 5,000 face shields. As long as Covid is with us, there is an urgent need to continue this mission.
Mishpacha Mission Mishpacha means family...In times of need, neighbors are family. The Forster Foundation, in partnership with the Chabad of Boca Raton, has begun a new mission to ensure elderly families in Century Village and other communities, have a Shabbat Dinner and some company to chat with at their table. This meal provides nourishment and comfort to a community overlooked when their children are not there to help.
