Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life.


Czarina is a precious little girl from the Philippines. She is 2 years old and has microcephaly and epilepsy. Her father works in a factory. They live with her mother's parents, her younger siblings are still in school. Czarina's medications to control seizures are very expensive and her family can't buy them as well as her basic needs.
