Help Us Keep Feeding Our Community — We Need a Food Trailer!
$25,000 Fundraising Goal

Sunday Salmon has become a lifeline in our Castle Rock community, providing thousands of free, organic, home-cooked meals to individuals and families in need. But today, we’re facing a new challenge—and a powerful opportunity.

We are launching this fundraiser because of two important, critical factors.

First, our current restaurant location, where we host weekly dinners, is slated to be torn down (timeline TBD, could be 12 months) and will be replaced by a QuikTrip gas station.

Additionally, we know of hundreds of neighbors who cannot make it to our restaurant to dine because of lack of transportation, disabilities, or they don't know we exist!

We’re raising $25,000 to purchase a food trailer and truck, and we need your help.

This mobile kitchen will allow us to:

  • Continue our mission—no matter what. With a trailer, we can keep preparing and serving meals every week, even if we lose access to our current building.

  • Reach the most vulnerable. Many in our community can't travel to us—but with a food trailer, we can go to them. We’ll be able to deliver meals directly to individuals and families in crisis, people with disabilities, and seniors who are isolated or without transportation.

  • Expand our impact. A mobile presence allows us to serve more neighborhoods, partner with more local events, and show up where we’re needed most.

  • Create new fundraising opportunities. Our food trailer will be featured at private events, sponsor-hosted gatherings, and community festivals—raising awareness and financial support for Sunday Salmon.

  • Boost visibility and community engagement. With branded signage, we’ll make Sunday Salmon more recognizable throughout the region, drawing in volunteers, donors, and new friends of the mission.

We believe food is love, and we will not let construction—and the loss of a building—keep us from loving our community through meals, dignity, and hope.

You can help us stay mobile, stay active, and stay present in the lives of those who need us most.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today. Every dollar brings us closer to being on the road—and continuing our mission without interruption.

Thank you ❤️

Mary Grothe
