First Tee - Oakland is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. Our unique life skills education program, centered around the game of golf, brings active learning experiences and mentorship that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. Guided by the belief that all youth deserve the chance to grow in a safe environment benefiting from the guidance of supportive mentors, we are dedicated to building programs that are accessible, welcoming, and as impactful as they are fun.
