Finding pottery is one of the best things that ever happened to me. At first I thought that it was just a way to be creative but have found it is important in so many other ways, including for my mental health. I am glad my donation will allow someone else to experience this as well.

I too had my first potter lesson out side of school as mum was a huge advocate to the arts and being dyslexic in a 2d system was abonable so to experience creativity with clay was the opposite to demoralising. It was bliss and made me happy and it still does! To give others that same oppertunity as I had I spent many years in local schools taking my pottery wheel with me sometimes to give youngsters the opportunity to feel the freedom of expression and the felling of being just as able as others.
