This is an expansive time for Film Fatales.
We've shifted to a more sustainable structure, expanded key programs, and continued to support our membership community of over two thousand feature film and television directors of all marginalized genders.
Film Fatales needs your help to raise an additional $50,000 to reach our fundraising goal for the year. This will allows us to finish the first phase of our new website and make it easier for us to recommend underrepresented creators for career-changing opportunities in the days to come.

Hosted over a dozen online and in-person panel discussions, educational workshops and professional networking mixers for a combined audience of 3,000+
Helped countless underrepresented filmmakers advance their careers by sharing opportunities, amplifying their work, and recommending them for funding and distribution

Who We Are
Film Fatales is a 501(c)(3) community arts non-profit which supports a membership community of over two thousand feature film and television directors of all marginalized genders. We advocate for hiring equality and inclusive programming practices by working with key decision makers to expand the talent pool and raise the visibility of underrepresented creators.
We take an intersectional and action-oriented approach, which includes hosting a weekly Speaker Series of panel discussions and workshops; amplifying the work of underserved filmmakers in our Streaming Library; and functioning as a talent discovery platform for marginalized voices. We provide Hollywood gatekeepers a clear path to inclusive programming and hiring equality. Through our efforts, scores of emerging and mid-career directors have been hired for directing jobs, received funding, and screened their work at significant film festivals and theaters worldwide.
