Fill that Bus! is a community-wide school supply drive that aims to stock the shelves at Crayons2Calculators so Durham Public Schools teachers can get the supplies they need to fuel student success, completely free of charge.

  The Impact: 

Together, we can help ensure all students have the supplies they need to be academically successful. Last year Crayons2Calculators distributed more than $180,000 of school supplies to local teachers, and the demand for supplies is only growing. We need your help to meet this growing need! We proudly serve every school in the Durham Public School District providing classroom essentials ranging from pencils to notebooks, art supplies, paper and more. 

 Supply Drop Off Locations for Community Members:

• Hi Wire Brewing Durham, Taylor Street, Durham
• Fullsteam Brewery, Rigsbee Ave, Durham
• Glass Beer Jug, Foster Street, Durham
• Ponysaurus Brewing, Hood St, Durham
• South Durham Farmers Market
• American Tobacco Campus, Crow Lobby, Durham from July 24 - August 4

We kindly ask that companies hosting a supply drive, or any large donations, be delivered directly to our warehouse at 808 Bacon St, Durham from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

  Tips & Resources:    

• Need collection bins? Call our Executive Director, Eunice, at 919-914-3847 to schedule a pickup time at our warehouse.
• Supplies can be dropped off at our warehouse from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. That's when we have volunteers ready to help unload and start inventorying! 
• Make sure to drop off collected supplies by August 31.
