Pilot Project Goal: Raise $100,000 by March 15th 2025
At Suvidha International Org, our mission is to empower farmers, help them transition to organic farming, and protect Desi Indigenous A2 cows, which are an essential part of India’s agricultural heritage. Through this pilot project, we aim to rescue and protect 5 A2 cows destined for slaughter in Hyderabad and other cities in India, and donate them to farmers who will use them for organic farming.
This initiative will help farmers reduce their dependence on harmful chemicals, nourish the soil naturally, and grow healthier food for their families and communities. If successful, we hope to expand this project in the coming months to rescue and support even more cows and farmers, creating a larger impact on the community and the environment.
Why This Matters:
The Desi Indigenous A2 cow is a native breed with numerous benefits. Their milk is considered far healthier than regular milk, and they play a vital role in organic farming by providing natural fertilizers, such as manure and urine, which enrich the soil. Unfortunately, many of these cows are at risk of being sent to slaughterhouses.
By rescuing these cows and giving them to farmers, we are not only protecting these cows, but also empowering farmers to practice sustainable, chemical-free farming. This will create a positive impact on their livelihoods, the environment, and ultimately, on society’s health.
Our Pilot Project Goals:
- Rescue 5 Desi Indigenous A2 cows: We will buy and rescue cows that are at risk of slaughter from Hyderabad and other cities, ensuring their protection and safe relocation.
- Donate cows to farmers: These 5 rescued A2 cows will be donated to qualified farmers who are committed to transitioning to organic farming. These cows will help farmers grow crops using natural cow products.
- Promote a healthier society: Organic farming leads to healthier food, and by supporting these farmers, we are fostering a healthier society with more nutritious, sustainable food options.
How You Can Help:
We need your support to rescue 5 Desi Indigenous A2 cows and help farmers switch to organic farming. Here’s how your contribution can make an impact:
- $100: Provides basic care and protection for one cow for a month.
- $1,000: Covers the cost of rescuing and transporting one A2 cow from the slaughterhouse to a safe farm.
- $10,000: Funds the purchase and donation of one A2 cow to a qualified farmer to support their organic farming practices.
- $20,000: Supports the rescue, care, and donation of 5 A2 cows to farmers, helping them grow healthy, organic food.
Why Focus on Farmers, Cows, and Organic Farming?
- Supporting Farmers: By donating cows to farmers, we help them shift to organic farming methods that enrich the soil, increase biodiversity, and produce healthier crops.
- Protecting A2 Cows: The Desi Indigenous A2 cows are a treasure of Indian agriculture, and their natural milk and manure are critical for sustainable farming. By saving these cows, we protect India’s agricultural legacy.
- Building a Healthier Society: Organic farming helps produce safer, more nutritious food. With the support of A2 cows, farmers can reduce their reliance on chemicals and create healthier food for their families and communities.
