Goal
Help us re-open Farley Ledge!
Farley Ledge was closed on April 3rd when a private landowner posted no trespassing signs on their property. The Western Massachusetts Climbers Coalition (WMCC) is working on a new parking lot and trailhead to access the west side of Farley to regain access to crags such as the Wall of Early Morning Light, the Lowlands and Crag X.
An anonymous donor is matching all donations to the WMCC for the month of May, up to $125,000. Your donation will be DOUBLED!
KAYA Save Farley Challenge:
"Join the Save Farley Challenge in KAYA here: https://app.kayaclimb.
How the KAYA Challenge works:
Every climb you upload to KAYA in May with video earns you one entry to win KAYA PRO for life — plus more prizes.
At the end of the month, your total number of climbs will be multiplied by the number of dollars you donate to the WMCC Farley match campaign.
Example:
10 climbs x $25 donation = 250 entries
$0 = 0 entries.
Important rules:
Your climb must include video.
No repeat climbs within the challenge.
Your donation must be made in May.
You must include your KAYA username exactly as it appears, including capitalization, in the donation comment so that your donation can be counted.

This video was finished a few months before the closure, but it perfectly explains what happened when the private property was closed and why we need to build a new trailhead: Rock Property: Protecting Access to Farley Ledge
