“Hiya Folks”

Danny has had a wonderful year participating in Mount Jubilee Ministries and he is, once again, getting ready for the Family Fun Walk. At last year’s walk, he was joined by his friends the Oxendines and the Makaravages, and somehow he beguiled the policeman directing traffic to allow him to cut off a leg of the route. He greatly enjoyed Ginnie’s big reaction when she saw him waiting for her at the finish line 🏁 

Now a year later, he is in great health and is quite speedy in his pace…when he wants to be. This past March while at the Disney Parks for his 40th birthday, he was able to walk 6 & 7 miles each day. So this year, Ginnie is going to make sure he walks the full route.

We’d love for any of you who are able, to come join us on Team Danny as we walk to raise funds for this personally impactful ministry. If you are not able to sign up and walk with us, then please give generously to this ministry that not only serves this special population, but also serves us caregivers. The day program Danny attends on Tuesdays and Thursdays are usually the highlights of his week as he has connected deeply with friends, “Old Man and Ms. Toria”, but these days  are also a needed time of respite for our family.
