Fall 2026 Match

When Colette, Joe, Brett, Bradley and I started working on Filmscape in 2019, we never could have anticipated what it would become. We started it as a gear expo, just an opportunity for manufacturers to come to Chicago and show off what they're working on. That first year I think we had 15 classes offered,  500 folks register, maybe 250 show up. In 2025, we had 1,000 people show up for more than fifty classes across two days, plus networking opportunities, exhibitor demos, and so much more. The one thing that's stayed the same is our ticket revenue - it was $0 in 2019, and it was $0 in 2025.

I'm immensely proud to be part of the work that Filmscape is doing for the Chicago film community, and it's so wonderful to work with so many people across so many facets of the industry to help put this thing together. We want to keep putting on better and better events, and that takes some real $$$. Please consider spreading the word, and donating if you can. Now really is the best time to give - with a match fund up to 20K, you can double the impact of every dollar.
