Goal

Grace Klein Community is thrilled to announce the expansion of our reach with the purchase of a new facility in Pelham, Alabama. The building was officially purchased on December 19, 2025, made possible by fully depleting non-designated reserves to cover the remaining offset. The $2.4M project will enable the rescue of more than 3.2 million pounds of food annually, address critical needs across the region, and provide space for innovative initiatives such as a Sustainability Kitchen, an In-Kind Coffee House, and facilities for hosting serve teams and community events.

Invest in a community space where we all grow together. Continued generosity remains essential to rebuild reserves and advance renovations while significantly increasing capacity to serve more than 650,000 people each year.

Early momentum continues to build. Two awarded grants will equip the organization to begin the Sustainability Kitchen remodel in Q1 2026. Financial partnership remains critical to restoring reserves and moving renovations forward to fully activate the space.

If you are open to a financial commitment, we would be honored to share more details about how support can shape the success of the project. Contributions may take the form of a significant one-time gift or a structured pledge over time, with every dollar advancing the $2.4M goal for purchase, restoration, and long-term impact.
