Goal

My name is Bernice Quesenberry, and I wholeheartedly believe in the mission of Chasing the Rainbows especially since the day my infant daughter Brooke Marie died in my arms.

After years of secondary infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, and an early pregnancy loss, our miracle baby brought renewed hope until complications at 27 weeks led to an emergency delivery. Brooke was born at 28 weeks and fought bravely in the NICU for 5½ weeks. We were preparing to bring her home when a 4 a.m. call changed everything. She became critically ill, and despite every effort, her tiny body couldn’t fight anymore. What followed was silence — a once-a-month support group, unanswered calls to 14–15 therapists, and a level of loneliness no grieving parent should endure. Years of secondary infertility and reliving trauma only deepened my understanding of how isolated and unsupported parents feel after losing a baby.

That isolation is why Chasing the Rainbows exists. So no parent would ever have to navigate this darkness alone. This work is not just Brooke’s legacy, but the legacy of every baby gone too soon.

Your support ensures that every grieving parent has a place to turn, someone who understands, and a community that says: Every loss matters. Every baby matters. And no one should walk this journey alone.

Because no family should ever grieve alone. Every day, parents face the heartbreak of miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and infertility. The loss of a baby can leave families feeling isolated, misunderstood, and overwhelmed. Chasing the Rainbows exists to make sure no parent ever has to walk through that pain without support — to remind every family that they are seen, cared for, and never alone.

This Giving Tuesday, your generosity can surround grieving families with hope, healing, and community. Your gift provides real, immediate, and tangible care at the very moment it is needed most.

Why Your Gift Matters
Baby loss is often silent, invisible, and misunderstood. Your donation changes that. It brings comfort. It provides professional guidance. It creates community. It reminds every grieving parent that their baby is remembered and their grief matters.

This Giving Tuesday, your gift is more than a donation — it’s a lifeline, a memorial, and a moment of hope for a family in need. Together, we can ensure every baby loss matters.

Every baby matters. Every family matters. And together, we can make sure they are never forgotten.
