Luncheon: A Look at NM's Legislature with David Abbey

David Abbey was the Director of New Mexico’s Legislative Finance Committee, compiling four decades of experience in the Legislature. He knows more about New Mexico’s budget and New Mexico’s Legislature than almost anyone else… and he’s written a book about it called “Forty Years in the New Mexico Roundhouse.”
In addition to discussing his book, Abbey will look ahead to the 2027 legislative session and offer some thoughts on the upcoming 60-day session and some of the issues that are likely to be brought up (or issues that should be discussed, but won’t be). Don’t miss this exciting event with one of New Mexico’s longest serving and most knowledgeable budget experts.
