BackBone Salon: One Table, Six Leaders

If you're reading this, you've been hand-picked for a special, Back Bone salon called Six Leaders, One Table.

This is a curated gathering where six humans are personally selected to share a single table for a multi‑course meal, fostering diverse dialogue, local camaraderie, and social trust… through food and fellowship.

For our experience together, every guest signs up for a different way they will serve as a leader.

Each person contributes a savory charcuterie item or side dish in addition to a bottle/drink to share with others.

Signing up for your specific role is required. This secures your spot in our small gathering.

This experience is sponsored and benefits Free Leadership.org, a 5013c designed to generate local social capital.

Every Backbone Salon is a reminder that leadership is not a title — it’s a way of being with one another.  It’s something we practice collectively, in the moments we ask intentional questions, share lived experiences, and let ourselves be changed by the people sitting beside us.

People leave these evenings feeling more alive, more connected, and more capable of shaping the world we share.

That is the backbone of change.

An invite‑only, small dinner circle practicing leadership through story, wonder, and connection. The hosts are trained in, and practice, deliberate group conversation and trust building.

Let’s see what unfolds when local people bring back the art of diverse connection over guided dialogue and shared food.
