Space & Table Fees
10' × 10' Space — $25 each
8' Table Rental — $5 each
Space and table rental fees are made as a donation to Silver Snout Senior Dog Rescue through the credit/debit card payment link provided during registration. For security reasons, no other forms of payment are accepted. Please DO NOT send money to anyone who contacts you requesting payment through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, cash, or any other payment method. Only use the official payment link provided by Silver Snout Senior Dog Rescue.
Set-Up & Event Requirements
All tables, displays, and sale items must be completely set up and ready by 8:45 AM. The event begins promptly at 9:00 AM.
Participants are required to remain set up for the entire event, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, unless they have completely sold out. Packing up may begin at 1:00 PM. Please keep all tables, displays, racks, chairs, and merchandise within your assigned 10' × 10' space.
Rental Tables
Participants who rent an 8' table are responsible for caring for it during the event. Tables must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If a rental table is damaged, broken, lost, or otherwise cannot be returned in its original condition, the participant may be responsible for a $50 replacement fee.
