SATLA Oktoberfest 2026 Sponsorships

Imagine being a child who has had to leave home.

Not because of anything you did, but because

the adults who were supposed to keep you safe could not.

Imagine starting over in a new house,

with new rules and new faces, and wondering

whether anyone will still be there tomorrow.

For the foster children in our community,

this is not imagined. It is their life.

These children do not need our pity. They need us to show up.

On Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, The Injury Law Guides and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association will host an Oktoberfest fundraiser at 717 West Ashby Place, San Antonio, Texas 78212, benefiting foster children through the PEARLS Foundation.

There will be music, German food, games, and a live auction. But the real reason we are gathering is the children. Every sponsorship tells a child who has already lost so much that this community sees them, believes in them, and will not walk away.

ABOUT THE PEARLS FOUNDATION

The PEARLS Foundation supports PEARLS Court and EAGLES Court in Bexar County, therapeutic court programs for teens in foster care. Through mentoring, therapy, life skills, and college preparation, these programs help young people build a future as they prepare for life after foster care.

SPONSOR GUIDELINES

Only paid sponsors may promote their business at this event. No other business will be permitted to display signage, distribute materials, or solicit guests. Law firms and their guests are welcome to attend with a ticket. Vendors and service providers who market to personal injury law firms must purchase a sponsorship to attend. This includes medical providers, medical summary companies, court reporting companies, deposition videographers, process servers, investigators, experts, litigation funding companies, lien resolution companies, structured settlement companies, legal software and artificial intelligence companies, marketing and advertising companies, jury and trial consultants, prior SATLA sponsors, and any other vendor or service provider that markets to personal injury law firms. If a ticket is purchased by one of these businesses instead of a sponsorship, the ticket will be refunded and admission will be denied.

SATLA provides all food, drinks, games, and other items for the event. Sponsors provide only their own branded items, such as table coverings, cups, napkins, plates, and cutlery. Bartenders for beer and wine will be provided at SATLA’s cost and will be Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certified. All food and drinks will be served booth style. All event tickets, including the tickets that come with sponsorships, include German food and drinks.

Food and drink sponsors will also provide a table covering displaying their name or logo. SATLA will provide signage identifying each food and drink item. Sponsors may set up on the day of the event. Please also note that steins with the SATLA logo will be available for purchase and may be used at the event for drinks, alongside any branded cups and napkins a sponsor provides.

Your VIP Tent is yours to design. You have full permission to create whatever experience you would like inside your tent, within reason. We hope you will deck it out in true Oktoberfest style so it fits the theme of the evening and gives your guests something to remember.

If you would like to have music in your tent, please check with SATLA first. We want to make sure it does not compete with the band or take away from the atmosphere of the event.

If you need electricity for your tent, please let us know at least two weeks in advance.
