The Herbal Hearth: A Sensory Tea Blending Workshop
While the nights are cooling and autumn's blush is setting in, we welcome the plant allies who wish to steep alongside us this season. Engaging our senses of smell, sight, and taste, we'll slow down to meet these healing herbs, learning to read their medicinal properties and energetics through relationship and embodiment. With a focus on plants to help bolster resilience through the fall season, you'll explore how to craft your own healing teas for the home apothecary, and leave with a custom blended tea alongside a deeper fluency in the sensory language plants speak.

Pungent Roots, Honeyed Berries: Tending Immunity with Fire Cider & Elderberry
As the wheel turns toward cooler days, we turn toward the fiery roots and jewel-toned berries who know how to kindle warmth and resilience from within. Together we'll honor garlic, ginger, horseradish, and elderberry as allies who have long helped humans tend their immunity through the changing seasons. This is a hands-on gathering of grating, chopping, and honeying, rooted in gratitude for the plants who have long known how to help us weather the cold.

Dreaming Seeds Into Sun: Cacao Circle and Vision Collage for the Solstice
We approach the winter threshold of the longest night by gathering in creative community and meeting cacao: a deeply generous, heart-opening plant ally who kindles our connection to inner wisdom, feeling, and creative vision. In cacao's warm company, we'll listen inward for the intentions ready to be dreamed into form, giving them life through shape, color, and image. Held in the warmth of community, we'll plant these seeds of new vision to grow in the days of longer light.
