You learned that the symbols speak. Now I'm going to show you how to read them. In The Secret Language of Sigils Part 2, I'm taking our exploration of spiritual symbols even deeper. Sigils. Glyphs. Vévé. Patipemba. Firmas. They may be called by different names across different traditions, but they all bring us into the fascinating world of spiritual symbolic language. In this workshop, I'll be taking several sigils and breaking them down piece by piece, explaining what you're looking at and teaching you how to approach these symbols with greater understanding. I don't simply want to show you a symbol and tell you what it means. I want to teach you how to look at it.
What I'll Be Teaching
- Breaking Down the Symbols I'll take several sigils and examine their individual components, structures, and arrangements. - Understanding the Language I'll show you how to look beyond the surface of a symbol and begin recognizing the visual language contained within it. - Meaning & Purpose We'll explore how the construction and arrangement of a sigil relates to its intended meaning and spiritual purpose. - Sigils Across Traditions We'll explore the different names and forms used for spiritual symbols, including sigils, glyphs, vévé, and Patipemba. - Learning to See What Others Miss Once you understand what you're looking at, a symbol can become much more than a mysterious collection of lines and shapes.
This Is Part 2.
This isn't simply a repeat of the first workshop. We're going deeper. In Part 1, we opened the door. Now I'm going to take several actual examples and deconstruct them in detail, giving you the opportunity to see the thought, structure, symbolism, and meaning contained within these spiritual markings. If you've ever looked at a sigil and wondered: "What am I actually looking at?" I'm going to help you answer that question. Join me for The Secret Language of Sigils Part 2 and continue this exploration with me into the fascinating language of spiritual symbols. The symbols are there. The question is whether you know how to read them.
