Patch and Preserve with Embroidery

In this engaging hands-on workshop, textile artist  Aimee Hagedorn will demonstrate how she transforms repurposed materials and found fabrics into ornamental patches. Participants will learn basic embroidery stitches and explore creative strategies for designing their own set of patches—perfect for mending, embellishing, and personalizing garments that might be in need of extra TLC. 

Have a favorite item that needs a patch? Bring it to the session to make a plan for repair!
