The Shedneck Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young people in Southeast Michigan who are battling cancer. We call these courageous young people our Warriors—and everything we do is about giving them moments of joy, hope, and unforgettable memories during an incredibly difficult time.
Through our Warrior Wish Events, we work alongside each Warrior, their family, and our incredible community partners to create a personalized experience designed just for them. Whether it's an adventure, a special outing, or simply an opportunity to forget about cancer for a day, our goal is simple: take their mind off the battle and put a smile on their face.
What began with one Warrior has grown into a mission supporting almost 40 young adults battling cancer.

🎃 A Night to Remember

Every fall, we bring our supporters together for our annual Hoedown (this year it is Haunted)—an evening dedicated to celebrating our Warriors and raising the funds needed to create even more Warrior Wish Events.
Join us for a spooktacular night of food, drinks, dancing, live entertainment, and a raffle featuring incredible gift baskets. Grab your friends, bring your date, dress for the season, and get ready to kick up your boots for a great cause!
Tickets are $75 per person and include food, drinks, dancing, and entertainment.
Whether you're joining us for a date night, a night out with friends, or simply because you believe in making a difference, the Haunted Hoedown is an evening you won't want to miss.
