253 Harm Redux is a mutual aid based and community-funded harm reduction organization in Tacoma by and for people who use drugs, s*x workers, queer and trans folks, and people with lived experience of homelessness. We seek to reduce the harm and stigma imposed through carceral policies on drug use, sex work, and abortion access and amplify the voices of those most impacted. From our lived experiences, we embrace the harm reduction principles of self-determination, non-judgment, and recovery neutrality to save lives by providing overdose prevention and safer use supplies, sexual health supplies, street survival supplies, education, and access to resources throughout Tacoma and beyond.Â
