7:00 PM — Opening session: welcome, theme introduction (Walking with Gen Z), worship
8:30 PM — Free time / informal connection
8:45 AM — Group Bible study
9:30 AM — Morning keynote #1
11:00 AM — Breakout sessions
12:30 PM — Lunch
2:00–4:00 PM — Extended rest/free time (trails, lake, naps, journaling)
4:00 PM — Spiritual formation session
6:00 PM — Dinner
7:30 PM — Story Night — Gen Z leaders share personal testimonies
8:45 AM — Group Bible study
9:30 AM — Morning keynote #2 (vision/strategy focused)
11:00 AM — Breakout sessions round 2

2:00–3:30 PM — Free time / team strategy time (teams work on their own mobilization plans)
3:30 PM — Workshop: applying what you've learned (practical tool-building time)

Do you need a few days away to rest, dream, pray, and strategize? Come on your own or bring your entire team to the Mobilizer's Retreat, organized by Gospel Mobilization. Held at Legacy Lakes Retreat Center on Merritt Island, Florida, this 4-day retreat is designed for you and/or your mobilization team to learn, network, rest, pray, dream, and vision together.
This year's theme, Walking with Gen Z, will equip you with the best practices on how to walk alongside the next generation on their journey to missions, equipping you with practical insights on reaching, discipling, and mobilizing Gen Z for the Great Commission.
Walk the shoreline and hear from God. Sit by the fire and laugh with new friends. Return home rejuvenated and equipped to send more to the nations.
