Fort Muncy Garden Center - Farmers Market

Welcome to the Fort Muncy Garden Center Weekend Farmers Market!
 
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our new Fort Muncy Garden Center Weekend Farmers Market! We are excited to create a beautiful community market where local farmers, artisans, makers, and small businesses can showcase their products in a relaxed, family-friendly setting among our gardens.

Our market will be held every Saturday and Sunday, and vendors are welcome to participate on either one day or both days each weekend.
 

What to Expect
 
  1. Vendor spaces will be located throughout our beautiful garden center grounds surrounding the gazebo.
  2. Parking is plentiful
 

Vendor Categories
 
To provide a great shopping experience and help every vendor succeed, we will limit the number of vendors in most product categories. Category limits will be determined after vendor applications are reviewed.

The only unlimited vendor category will be Farm Market Vendors, including but not limited to:

  1. Fresh produce
  2. Cut flowers
  3. Unprepared food products
  4. Other farm-grown items
 

Products Not Permitted
 
Because we are a full-service garden center, vendors may not sell:
  1. Potted trees
  2. Shrubs
  3. Annual flowers
  4. Perennials
  5. Nursery stock of any kind (houseplants, cactus and succulents excluded)
Cut flowers are welcome and encouraged.
 

Vendor Responsibilities
 
Each vendor is responsible for:
  1. Bringing all tables, tents, displays, and equipment needed for setup.
  2. Keeping their space clean and attractive throughout the day.
  3. Removing all trash and debris when leaving.
  4. Leaving their space exactly as they found it.

Please note:
  1. No electricity will be provided.
  2. No running water will be available.

Family-Friendly Environment
 
Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

To maintain a positive shopping experience:

  1. No political signs, merchandise, displays, literature, campaigning, or political demonstrations are permitted.
  2. This is a politically neutral event. Please save political discussions and viewpoints for social media—not the market.
  3. Vendors are expected to be courteous, respectful, and professional toward customers and fellow vendors at all times.
