The R4AUK Winter Ball‎: Celebrating a Decade of Changing Lives

For the past 10 years, Rainbow For Africa UK has been working to bridge health inequalities across Kenya by strengthening local healthcare systems through education, technology, and long-term partnerships.

By training frontline healthcare professionals, introducing life-saving Point-of-Care Ultrasound skills, providing ultrasound equipment, and supporting communities through medical outreach programmes, R4AUK has helped bring safer and more accessible healthcare closer to those who need it most.

As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we also look ahead to the next chapter of our journey. Building on a proven model of sustainable healthcare development, R4AUK is expanding its reach, growing local healthcare leadership, and developing advancing innovative ultrasound training to empower more clinicians and transform more lives across Kenya and beyond.

All funds raised from the R4AUK Winter Ball will support the advancement of our ultrasound programme, directly driving the vital initiatives established under our Global Grant partnership with the Rotary Club of Mid Wirral and the Rotary Club of Kakamega. Together, this funding will provide essential training, technology, and access to life-saving diagnostic care for underserved communities.
